Fence Bases

Temporary fence bases are designed to be very durable against sunlight and aging. They can last for up to 5 years. These bases are made using a tough type of plastic, high-density polyethylene, and they include special ingredients to protect them from UV rays. These ingredients are UV2002, UV531, and UV770. This makes sure they stay strong and don't lose their color, which is important for safety and health.

You can get these fence bases in different colors. While the usual color is safety orange, we can also make them in other colors to match different needs at various sites. Just let us know what color you need, and we'll make sure you get the right product.

Fence Clamps

Temporary fence clamps are made from strong steel plates. They meet the Australian standard A.S. 4687-2007 for Temporary Fencing & Hoardings. These clamps have a thick zinc coating, which we apply by dipping them in hot zinc. This coating is at least 42 microns thick and helps the clamps last a long time, even in tough conditions.

These clamps are designed to fit steel pipes and bases of different sizes, like 32 mm and 40 mm. They're great for holding temporary fences firmly in place.

Fence Stays

Temporary fence stays are supports that help keep temporary fences stable and upright. They are usually about 1.8 meters tall. To protect them from rust and make them last longer, we dip them in hot zinc, which is a process known as hot-dip galvanization.

Temporary fence stays are special supports made to keep temporary fences steady, especially in places with strong winds. They are very strong and can handle all kinds of weather. To make sure they last a long time and don't rust, we coat them in a thick layer of zinc by dipping them in hot zinc. This process follows the Australian standard and the zinc coating is 42 microns thick.

For each fence stay, you need three clamps and three plastic feet. The clamps help attach the stay to the fence, making it more stable. The plastic feet keep the stay steady on the ground. This setup is really useful for keeping your temporary fence secure and upright, even when the wind is strong or the weather is tough.

In most cases, for every four panels of temporary fencing, we use one fence stay to ensure the fence is strong and doesn't fall over. These stays are really important, especially in areas with strong winds or where the fence needs extra support. They're easy to attach and make the temporary fencing much safer and more reliable.
